| Over the past few years print design has been in a losing battle with web design. Direct mail is being phased out in favor of E-Mail marketing, publications are having difficulty competing with their own web sites, and web ads have proven very successful. |
| We are, however, a long way from print becoming extinct. There is something warm and tangible about print. Print can provide something you can hold in your hand and, when print is executed correctly, your audience should feel special for receiving it, as if they have been given a gift. |
